ABOUT ME

I completed my doctoral and postdoctoral training in New York City and Philadelphia. My clinical placements were at institutions such as Lenox Hill Hospital, NYU, Pennsylvania Hospital, and Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). I have worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, psychiatric inpatient units, foster care services, student counseling services, community mental health clinics, cancer care services/psycho-oncology, and psychological consultation services on medical units. After completing my training I started my private practice. I was also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Drexel University’s College of Medicine and the Clinical Psychology training director at a Drexel-affiliated outpatient clinic in Philadelphia. I have provided long-term and short-term psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and psychological testing and assessment to a broad range of patients. Additionally, I have been a clinical supervisor for training psychologists and other mental health professionals.
